We’re dismayed and angered by +NIA Ops ‘s ridiculous decision to put the burden of server error solely on one faction.
The decision to move #36 shard into the target(羅漢石雕藝術們) by +NIA Ops is definitely unjust and wrong. You only saw ENL’s complaint: https://plus.google.com/+HsuChengTsai/posts/Hu8rAmMwgYj , while ignoring the following response and the questions we raised: https://plus.google.com/u/0/101233553321500599735/posts/MnHyAZEuvXs We had a team at some place 6km from the target(羅漢石雕藝術們), ready to make blocking links. For some reason some of their scanners couldn’t properly work for almost 1 minute, allowing ENL agents to make a tunnel and later the link to the target(羅漢石雕藝術們). At ENL target portal(羅漢石雕藝術們), our agents started attacking right after the link was made. They fought for over 20 minutes, from 07:40 to 08:15 (UTC +8) . All got “Missed all resonators”. The agents on the scene could do everything normally. *Everything except our attacks on the target portal!!!* We didn’t even saw the 1% damage. For the 50+ RES agents to experience the same problem, this is beyond your routine “Network lagging”, this is serious server error. To us this indicates that the target should be neutural at the time. All resonators and links were just ghost images. Under the normal circumstances, the links should be broken. We’ve done it countless time before, and this time should be no difference. Except that this time, our agent’s efforts, XMP and US just vaporized without any explanation. And for nothing apparently. How is this for justice?! If ENL’s complaints got them a freebie, could we ask for a reimbursement of our stocks as well??
To us, +NIA Ops decision to make the adjustment after so many jumps is laughable and unreasonable. It denied all the efforts and hard work made by both sides since the incident. If +NIA Ops wants to reward ENL for their efforts, it shouldn’t be moving the shard directly into the target portal. Please consider moving it to the portal 6km from the target, where our agents couldn’t use to make blocking links due to the same server error.
