IITC Portal UPC/V 历史插件

官方的upv map功能上线，但是距离iitc-ce的更新还有一段时间，为了尽快在iitc用上这个功能，所以打开电脑分析了下intel的数据之后照着现有的插件抄了一顿代码。

安装方法：
电脑，点开iitc-portal-visited.js，油猴子里新建脚本粘贴
安卓，下载到手机，iitc-mobile:settings->iitc plugins->右上角+号 选择确定
苹果，settinngs->iitc plugins->右上角 导入，然后把js链接粘贴进去
按照自己的需要可以显示upc、upv、获得scope controller的po或显示未获得upc/v和scope controller的po
可以通过选择图层（upc/v、scope controler、not upc/v、not scope controler）的方法，用po外套圈的方式显示：
upc/v、scope controller图层：upc:红圈, upv:蓝圈（有upc的只显示红圈）, scope controller:橙圈
Not upc/v、Not scope controller: upc/v均未获得：红圈，仅upv过：篮圈、未获得scope controller: 橙圈
如果以套圈的方式显示感觉比较凌乱，可以把图层里的这四项的勾去掉，在highlighter里选择Portal upc/v、Portal not upc/v、Portal Scoped、Portal not Scoped之一，在po的中心以不同颜色标识：
Portal upc/v：upv 青色，upc：深紫色
Portal Scoped：获得scope controller的po：黄色
Portal not upc/v：upcv均未获得：深紫，仅upv：青色
Portal not Scoped：未获得scope controller的po, 黄色
